These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CRESync, a product of Ironstone Enterprises, 716 Mendoza Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134 ("Ironstone Enterprises", "CRESync", "we", "us"). By using CRESync you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use CRESync lawfully. You are responsible for having any consent the law requires before you call, text, or email someone through CRESync, and for honoring opt-out and do-not-call requests. 3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, through our payment processor Stripe. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
