This Privacy Policy explains how Ironstone Enterprises ("Ironstone Enterprises", "CRESync", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information through the CRESync website, the CRESync app, and CRESync text messages. Ironstone Enterprises is located at 716 Mendoza Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
Who this covers
CRESync is software that commercial real estate professionals use to find property and business owners, call and text them, and manage deals. This policy covers visitors to our website, people who use the CRESync app, people who receive text messages from CRESync, and the people our customers contact through CRESync.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, mobile phone number, and business information.
- Billing details: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Information our customers keep in CRESync: contacts, property records, notes, tasks, and deals.
- Communications sent or received through CRESync: text messages, emails, call records, and, where a customer turns them on, call recordings and transcripts.
- Text message consent records: when and how someone agreed to receive texts, and any opt-out.
- Technical information such as log data, IP address, and browser type, used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use information to provide CRESync, place the calls and send the messages our customers ask us to send, send account notifications and customer care messages, bill for the service, keep accounts secure, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run CRESync, and only as needed for that work:
- Twilio, to place calls and send and receive text messages.
- Mailgun and Resend, to send email.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Vercel, Neon, and Cloudflare, to host the app and store data.
- A commercial property data provider, to provide property and owner information.
- OpenAI and Anthropic, to power the CRESync assistant when it is used.
We may also share information when required by law. Text messaging information is handled as described in the next section and is excluded from all of the sharing above.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you agree to receive CRESync text messages, you will receive account notifications and customer care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. See our SMS terms and how to opt in.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Text message consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to prove consent and honor opt-outs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Keeping information safe
We use access controls and encryption to protect information, including encrypting stored service credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we work to fix problems quickly when we find them.
Children
CRESync is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@cresync.ai. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. If a CRESync customer contacted you, you can also ask that customer directly.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
